Using poetry, the contrast of darkness and light, humour and authenticity to provide a thought provoking portrayal of the reality of Scottish life. Using my own life experience, and a trauma informed approach in working with others, I approach situations with empathy and compassion, but with the honesty and authenticity that is required to help others grow and evolve through this journey we call life.
